“It’s all character building” a phrase often said to me by my father.

From a young age I have always had a passion for the outdoors.

Back in 2012 I made the decision to become an outdoor instructor to share this passion with others.

A four month instructor course in the heart of Snowdonia in the middle of winter. “Its all character building” I often told myself.

This is where Valley Deep Mountain High was born…..

A place to share adventure and inspire others to build on their character and explore the outdoors.

I document this through photography, a visual story book of memories and adventures to share with others.
